I've been asked to work this Saturday on a children's event so to day is my day off. Which means I wasn't there when my new boss phoned to ask me if I could start Monday. She spoke to my present line manager who then phoned me. Consensus of opinion between the two of us was 'No problem'. So as of Monday 8.30 am I will no longer be a librarian I will be a Team Administrator. All of a sudden I am nervous again. Also it's too damned hot again!!!

Over night I have come to the conclusion that the only thing I will miss in this job is the air conditioning in Stocks and Services, the room I have done most of my work in since coming back in Feb. I know I'll be fine once

Thank you, I'll be fine once I get there. The only things I will really miss about leaving the library are a few old friends, most of whom will be leaving in the next year anyway, and the books.
