Woe Woe and thrice woe

linda_joyceWhat's with this weather It's snowed again. I've got 2 ins on my garden.
Now normally I wouldn't mind but I'm waiting for Dwr Cymry to come and fix my neighbours sewage system which is over flowing onto my back yard. That is a little known problem of living downhill from a blocked sewage system in houses without walls between the gardens. All I have to worry about is sewage all over my yard, my poor neighbours will end up with sewage all over the bathroom if the workmen can't get through.
