The antibiotics seem to be working at last. Went out to the post office, another thing we haven't got, and met some of my neighbours on the same errand. They introduced me to the new cafe, at last drinkable coffee in Newbrige! Spent a happy half hour gossiping and came back in a reasonable state of health.

I'm also getting bored staying at home, the thought of cleaning out the cupboards crossed my mind. Luckily I was able to distract my self with a fic and the feeling passed.

I spent the time knitting the back of a cardigan which I have been making for the last 3 months

Hope you soon feel better. I had antibiotics last week, for sinusitis... I got thrush! Oh well, you'll at least have a new cardie to show for your incarceration. Perhaps I should send you the last sleeve of the one I've been working on for years. It's *almost* done.

Don't you dare, the reason it's taken me 3 months so far in that my colleagues discovered I can knit and crochet.I've knitted enough bonnets for one, who is about to become a grandmother, to stock a shop. I hope it does turn out to be a girl, a boy will grow up with a complex if he has to wear the pretty things I've made. And an other one is the mother of 15month old boy who got me to knit a jumper for him.

It's OK I lay down for half an hour and the fit passed I'm back to normal now.

I hope your sinuses are clear now, it's taken two lots to shift my bugs.
