Antiques in an antique

I'm watching Antiques roadshow at the moment, not my usual viewing but it's coming from Port Meirion this week. We had a wonderful wander round it before the program began.

It is so long since I've been there I'd forgotten just how wonderful the place is. I must get round to visiting it again before I'm to old to explor it properly.

My ex just rang me and said he'd taped it for me. I love Portmeirion *so* much. Hell, if I ever get to Wales again I'd love to meet you and go together!:)

That would be wonderful, give me about three years and I might just have a car to drive us up there in. Give it another 12 months and I can legally hire one.

Yayness! There should be tourist buses though, and coaches to Porthmadog at least, right? I'm shit-scared of the roads and would never want to drive on a thin road on a steep mountainside myself!
