LJ is playing up again

I am not receiving comments on my LJ only on e-mail. Since my e-mail won't let me reply from it I can't reply directly to my welcomes back so thank you and please don't think I'm being standoffish. I will reply when I get(or should that be if} the replies posted.

The mood is because I've just been out driving for the first time in nearly three weeks, in a heat wave, and managed perfectly until I got home and parked. I managed to bump the wall of the parking space, lightly thank goodness so no harm done. I will never get the hang of parking!

After some study I've figured out how to reply from my e-mail. Your other reply to me is lost in the wastes of 'old mail' so I will answer that here. I've already looked at the icon creator and they don't have a first season Servalan, they are all too long.

As for the driving I do need to do more of it and much more parking. I had about 300 hours of driving lessons which included parallel parking a lot but only drew up to a kirb or into a parking space once a lesson, call that 20 mins.

I don't think that one is there anymore, and the colour would be awfully hard to duplicate but I will go back there and try again.

I kept a printout of my choices and Servalan had hairstyle 8 if that's any help.

BTW why are you screening comments? Why not just set it so only LJ owneres, or only friends can comment?

From the FAQ:

To set up your account's screening options, visit the Personal Info edit page here where there is an option labeled: "Which replies do you want screened by default?". In this drop down box, you can select the type of accounts you wish to screen.

You must have 'All' set. I have 'None'.

That's because I've already investigated and found I had inadvertently changed my setting and changed it back, thanks for the information though, it took me a a while to figure it out myself and I was thinking of picking your brains before the lightning bolt struck.

As you can see, I hope, I have taken note of your selection , and how I missed it in the first place I don't know, and now have a new icon.

They seem to have removed the tea though, and any time Vila cares to drop in he can raise a glass or two with me.
