If the weather would let me I'd walk him tqwice a day, my body has got used to the extra exercise and has slowed down on the fat devouring. But 2 lb is beter than none so I'm not complaining.
Not brave, I should have started this diet years ago but could stand the thought of being hungry most of the time. It's my health that has forced it on me, first my knees going and then the diabetes, both are so much better even with the little weight I have lost
Providing it's not raining, even he was glad to be on he homeward stretch this morning. And none of his usual 'But Aunty this is a new smell I must go smell it properly, I'll get in the car when I'm finished'. He beat me to the car and just stood by the door until I opened it.
