Ketchup, the staff of life! I used to love ketchup sandwiches before I had to give up that lovely soft and spongy nutritionally valueless white bread.

I have vinegar sandwiches but not Ketchup ones. I do use it as spread when I make a sausage sarnie though.

Even better, I used to love a combination of ketchup, baked beans, and french fries on a sandwich. MMMM.......

I made a loaf of GF bread yesterday but it's so crumbly I have to cut it thick. Not the same at all.
