I like the metal hands. It looks like the gates at the Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh - that was a load of flowers made out of metal.

It's great when they put nice cheerful stuff like that in public. Better than some of the rather depressing Moore stuff in Leeds.

Knowing my council, Blackwood is in the council area I live in, they would have to be cheap and cheerful always seems to go with that word. There's a Tertiary college or two in their area, I wouldn't be surprised if the metal ones were from the art students there. There is a Plaque with the stone with the hole but the rest are anonymous.
