Blakes 7Junction was sitting on the door mat when i got up today. I was very good, I didn't go back to bed and watch it as I wanted, I ate breakfast got dressed and went walkies with Beth and Losyn while the rain held off, we did the Sirhowy Circle. I wish I had taken my camera That mountain his throwing water down it as never before. The regular streams look like a water main has burst and there are streams where no streams have been before. And on the way back where the trees haven't yet grown on the opposite bank of the river a Heron posed beautifully on a rock looking at the wild water down his beak. He was so close you could see the striated pattern of dark and light feathers on his neck and his beautiful yellow beak.

Oh yes both happen with monotonous regularity for me. Which is why I take my camera for a walk with out the dog from time to time.. It is a very great advantage to have a digital camera, bad shots are not a waste of film, you just delete them.
