Book meme

Seen in vilakins journal and several others.  Some of my answers are coloured by the fact I was a librarian and it was my job to rescue books that had been badly treated, or to send them to the great library in the sky.  Shot at dawn is the mildest punishment for those to don't treat books with the repect they deserve %D.
