But it doesn't mean I'll be jetting round the world to see you, all I won was the lowest prize £10. This means I have won a total of £40 with the lottery since it started, be still my beating heart.

That's about as much as I've won. I work on I can't win without a ticket, long odds with one ticket, not significantly better with two, so I'll just have the one.

One day it might be me.

My thoughts exactly, to which I add it enables me to give to good causes I would never even have heard of otherwise.

We got $600 once and spent some of it on a leaf blower (which sucks too). Apart form that, it's usually about $20 or free tickets in the lext one.

My grandfather won the big one here once when he really needed it as a young man who had nothing; it enabled him to buy a shop.

The three numbers I won on came out one after another, I was beginning to get excited when the next number came up and it wasn't mine.

I don't want millions, though I wouldn't say no if I won. I just want enough to retire on, £50,000 would do.%)

I wouldn't say no either because I could live on the interest and never work again. I'd give a lot to charities. We could move to Australia! [dreams]

Half a mill (about 3 times your £50,000) would be nice because we could buy a really nice house outright; house prices in Auckland are shocking. I'd get one with aircon and double glazing, or have one built. [dreams some more]

That sounds like me. If I played random numbers I would have given up long ago but since I know the numbers I play by heart I'm afraid to give up just in case they come up the week after I give up. Cause that would be just my luck.
